What we collect

Account details (email, username, name, organization), a salted password hash, session and audit records (IP address, user agent, timestamps), subscription state received from PayPal, and the matter data, documents and notes you create.

How it is used

To operate the service, secure accounts, enforce subscription access, and generate AI analysis that you request. Document text and your instructions are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing when you run an operation; they are not used to train models.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. We store subscription identifiers and status events; we never receive card or bank details.

Isolation and security

Every record is scoped to your account. Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies. Uploaded content is treated as untrusted data and cannot alter system behaviour.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while your account exists. Deleting a matter or document removes it from active storage. Contact support from your account email to request account deletion.
